Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect or Lost Orders
If you receive the wrong item, or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or made-to-order apparel
- Sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to improper use or care
Sizing Issues
Please refer carefully to the sizing chart before ordering. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing selected by the customer.
