Moonlit Spoodies partners with third-party print fulfillment providers to produce and ship all apparel and merchandise.



Processing Time



All items are made to order. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may increase during holidays or high-volume periods.



Shipping Time



Once shipped, estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery within the United States is 3–7 business days after shipment.


Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.



Shipping Rates



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, shipping method, and destination.



Tracking



Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.



Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages



Moonlit Spoodies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is lost or delayed in transit, we will assist in contacting the carrier but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.



International Shipping

We ship to customers worldwide! International shipping availability and rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10-21 business days
  • Australia: 10-21 business days
  • Other International: 10-21 business days
